The company was incorporated on 1st April 1986. The company is engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of textile fabrics with specialised in viscose, Bemberg, and pure silk fabrics. The company was rebranded in year 2022 with the name of Golden Silk Fab Pvt Ltd. With the recent upgrade in our machinery we can now cater wide range of products with best quality materials.
Golden silk fab Pvt Ltd under its brand has created a reputation for over decade as a reliable supplier of premium fabrics in all types of quantities ( silk , viscose , cotton , linen, polyester, nylon, ) in woven and knitted fabrics.
The companies key person & promoter is mr. Rajnikant C. Lalwala who chairman & managing director of the company, mr. Rajnikant C. Lalwala has experience of 40 years of working in textile industry. He is secretory at surat viscose weavers association which leads and support local fabric manufacturers to improve product quality.
Mr. Vivek Lalwala is the son of Mr Rajnikant C.lalwala. He is executive director of the company and a key person of the group. He is specialist of international business and trade affairs which has helped company to trade internationally.
